Plus d'un quart de siècle après sa première tournée américaine (1891), Paderewski continue à œuvrer comme ambassadeur des pianos de la maison Steinway & Sons, partenaire à part entière de ses immenses voyages à travers tout le pays. Qualifiés d'«instruments of the immortals», ces claviers sont ici vantés par l'artiste lui-même – qui a participé activement à leur amélioration.
